1. Which airlines do you work with?
We work with most major carriers and we have consolidator commission air contracts and net fare contracts with over 30 airlines.
2. Do you retail to the general public or to Travel Agencies only?
NetPro travel deals exclusively with travel agencies nationwide. Our clientele consist of Amex agencies, BCD travel affiliates, Virtuoso members, TravelLeaders, home based agents and more.
3. Are your tickets Changeable and Refundable?
Most tickets are changeable and refundable with a fee. We also have tickets that have no fee to change or refund.
4. How can I make changes and cancellations?
Changes are best when done with our agency. However most airlines can cancel and change our tickets in case of emergency. We also provide an emergency number for after hours emergencies.
5. How can I check prices and make reservations?
Searching through an online database would certainly save our agents a lotof time. However, we strongly believe in giving every request the utmost time to see how we can help you get the cheapest possible fare. We strongly recommend our clients to email or call us rather than relying on automated prices through travel search engines.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments can be made by wire transfer or agency check as well. Prices are not guaranteed unless paid for.
7. How do I add my mark up if using client's credit card?
When you complete a credit card authorization form, you will advise us what the final charge will be to the client. We will mail you a commission check on the difference from our net to the amount charged on the cc.
